Seth Palmer graduated in 2010 from Ithaca College with a B.S. in Television. He currently works as a news producer at 13WHAM-TV in Rochester, N.Y. and produces the morning news. The Tulip Over the River

Each time I see that tulip over that river, I see myself – blooming into an English spring, emerging into the bright & fresh world.
