Matt Duelka drinks too much coffee, listens to his music too loud, grows his hair too long,  and likes his scotch a little too much. He spends most of his free hours trekking through the NYC streets in thigh high split shorts. As I approached the end of the downhill, I made a quick left and trekked back over to the east side to tackle the hill again. Voluntary struggle brings out the best in you.
